Is this still applicable to the current stage of the game (0.43)? As the tech has changed, there is no official census on the technology system. Further testing might be required to verify the claims of this. If this effect is still active it will alleviate Tech Farmers and Scrap miners alike in their activities.
I'm not sure what you're refering to here, but this page is for Update 0.12 which is about 3 years old. It can be assumed that most things listed in it no longer apply. Yeah that what I referring to "Resource yields are higher when your global team population is lower than that of the enemy". I keep finding a lot of people complaining about slow tech. Saw that there and wasn't sure if it still applied despite the new Alum and Iron tech system.
